India Merit Award

The University of Glasgow is proud to announce a new India Merit award for January 2025 entry to acknowledge highly qualified Indian postgraduate taught offer holders. The scholarship is awarded as a £5,000 tuition fee discount. This discount cannot be combined with another University scholarship.

  • demonstrate academic excellence and achieve grades equivalent to UK 1st Class Honours  
  • hold an offer for an eligible postgraduate taught programme for January 2025 intake (2024/2025 academic cycle). PgDip/PGCert courses are not eligible for this award. 
  • Be domiciled in India
  • have international fee status

 

University of Glasgow is committed to support as many self-funded students as possible which is why UofG discounts and scholarships cannot be combined with one another or any external sponsorship discounts (with the exception of Alumni Discount).

If you are offered more than 1 scholarship, the lower value award will be deleted from your account.
