DAAD-University of Glasgow 1-year Master’s grant

The University of Glasgow will offer a full tuition waiver to those students that successfully apply and are nominated by DAAD to the University. DAAD offers a monthly stipend and travel bursary, as well as health, accident, and personal liability insurance coverage in addition to the full tuition fee waiver from the University of Glasgow.

The full tuition waiver will only be applied to applicants if they:

• are German Nationals or eligible for DAAD Funding*
• have applied to the University of Glasgow and hold an offer to study on an eligible programme
• are successfully nominated by DAAD

*eligible for the DAAD scholarship programme are German nationals, EU nationals (who have been living in Germany for more than two years before applying), refugees and other nationals who have been granted the permanent right to settlement in Germany.

How to apply

Applicant must apply for funding via DAAD. Information: Stipendien für ein Masterstudium im Ausland - DAAD - Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, application portal: https://portal.daad.de and must apply for eligible programme at University of Glasgow.
