ISMRM Research Exchange Award brings UCLA scientist to Glasgow

Research collaboration between UCKA and University of Glasgow
Dr Lingceng Ma (University of California Los Angeles, USA) will visit our School in the autumn, supported by the ISMRM (International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine). Recipients of the Research Exchange Program were announced in May at the opening plenary session of the annual meeting of the ISMRM in Singapore.
This research visit will support an ongoing collaboration between UCLA (Anthony Christodoulou) and University of Glasgow (Aleksandra Radjenovic) involving design, implementation and validation of a new class of free-breathing, ECG-independent cardiovascular MRI (SMART-CMR).
