Take a Break with the SRC’s Exam De-Stress Programme
Published: 10 April 2025
The Spring Exam Diet is fast approaching – and the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) is here to help students through it.
Their twice-yearly Exam De-Stress campaign will offer a programme of free events and activities designed to support student wellbeing, encourage breaks from revision, and help students connect with one another.
What’s on?
This year’s line-up will include everything from creative workshops and relaxation sessions to inclusive community events open to all. You can even expect some four-legged friends to visit campus – therapy dogs, and alpacas! Whether students are looking for a moment of calm or a more active way to unwind, there’ll be something for everyone.
The full calendar of events will be published soon – in the meantime, students can sign up for updates to be the first to hear when the programme goes live.
Support throughout the exam period The SRC Advice Centre is also available throughout the exam period, offering free, confidential, and impartial guidance on academic concerns, stress management, and more. Students can email advice@src.gla.ac.uk or drop in to speak to a member of the Advice Team. For wellbeing support, you can also access the University’s Counselling & Wellbeing Services.
