By-Election Voting Opens Thursday 24 April

Nominations have now closed in the SRC’s by-election for Vice President Student Activities (VPSA), and the final list of candidates is live. Manifestos are available to read now.

What does the VPSA do?

The Vice President Student Activities is tasked with supporting and representing students in all areas of extracurricular life at UofG – from helping to organise Welcome Week, to supporting Clubs and Societies, advocating for student volunteers, and working with the University to promote the interests of students outside the classroom.

Make your voice heard

Vote on Thursday 24 April (9am to 5pm) via the UofG Life App or at gla.ac.uk/vote.

Results will be announced via the SRC’s website and social media channels after 6pm on Thursday 24 April. The new VPSA will take up their role in July 2025.
