Oluwakayode Onireti, Lecturer (Engineering - University of Electronic Science & Technology of China), COSE
I currently work as a lecturer in the James Watt School of Engineering. I applied for the Glasgow crucible because I wanted to network with other ECRs at the University of Glasgow. I was also at a stage in my career where I needed to move to the next stage. I enjoyed the networking section the most as it made me realize the essence of the multidisciplinary approach to research. The Glasgow crucible made me appreciate the things I was doing right as an ECR and it also made me aware of the things.
