How you’ll study
Arts and humanities classes are interactive and collaborative, with expertise shared via talks from our tutors and opportunities to try out new ideas in tasks and discussion. Practical courses in art and creative writing offer lots of opportunities to gain inspiration, practise your craft and learn through sharing with your peers.
On credit-bearing courses, you will also have access to Moodle, the University’s virtual learning environment, where you will find further reading and resources to help you extend your knowledge. This includes access to the University library and its extensive collections. Many courses provide virtual reading lists to help guide your research. Your course Moodle will also offer additional activities for you to practise what you have learnt in class.
On non-credit bearing courses, all students are given access to a dedicated online resource where they will find all the teaching material they need to make the most of the course and explore their weekly topics further.
