Bernie and Erin will present papers on various aspects of minoritized language sociolinguistics as part of an international panel at the 15th International Symposium on Bilingualism. The symposium will take place from 9th-13th June 2025 in Donostia-San Sebastián (Spain) and will be hosted by the Basque Center on Cognition, Brain and Language.

In addition, members of the cluster are taking a leading role in creating an academic network of scholars from across the central belt of Scotland working on issues of language in society. Please get in touch with Bernie (bernadette.orourke@glasgow.ac.uk) if you’d be interested in being involved!
