Episode five of the Systems Science in Public Health Podcast has been released. In this episode, Professor Petra Meier speaks to one of the founders of modern computational sociology, Professor Nigel Gilbert.
Nigel has a Distinguished Chair in Computational Social Science at the University of Surrey.
He is Director of the Centre for Research in Social Simulation, Director of the Centre for the Evaluation of Complexity Across the Nexus (CECAN), and Director of the University's Institute of Advanced Studies.
This podcast series is a joint venture between the SPIHER (Systems Science in Public Health and Health Economics Research) Consortium and the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit.
