Dr Shona McQuilken and Dr Katherine Price tell us about their new Journal, PhysiOdyssey.
We are excited to announce that our new journal, PhysiOdyssey, is open for submissions until 10th January 2025.
PhysiOdyssey is a creative writing journal with a specific focus on the theme of physiology. It is a place to explore the intersection of science and creativity, providing a platform for innovative and thought-provoking content. Operating as an open access journal, PhysiOdyssey aims to foster creativity in science, provide a platform for students and novice writers, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote public engagement with physiology. We accept submissions in various formats, including fiction, poetry, and graphic narratives.
PhysiOdyssey is a creative writing journal with a focus on physiology. For our inaugural issue, we are looking for short stories, essays, poems and artwork from students, recent graduates and novice writers with a background or interest in physiology. Send us your corporeal curiosities; your anatomy adventures; your visceral visions.
