Dr Lip picked up the award at the American Heart Association’s Hypertension Scientific Sessions 2024
Dr. Stefanie Lip has been awarded the 2024 Paul Dudley White International Scholar Award for her abstract titled “Persistent Vascular Dysfunction and Blood Pressure Elevation Over 12 Months After COVID-19 Recovery in Non-Hypertensive Adults – LOCHINVAR Study.” This prestigious accolade is awarded to the primary author of the highest-ranked abstract submitted from each country to the American Heart Association’s Hypertension Scientific Sessions 2024. Named in honour of Dr. Paul Dudley White, a pioneer of the American Heart Association and an early advocate of preventive cardiology, this award reflects Dr. White’s dedication to global excellence in cardiovascular science and medicine.
