Sara Baumert, Alexandra Riddell and Caitlin Cosgrove are very excited to announce that they have secured grants from the Fergusson Bequest and EDI to host some LGBTQ+ social events for our staff and students. Our first event was the LGBT+ Coffee Catchup during Glasgow Pride week in July where attendees were encouraged to bring rainbow themed baked goods.

Following the success of our LGBTQ+ coffee catch up we are excited to announce our next event will be a Drag Queen Bingo taking place on the 18th of November in honour of LGBTQ+ People in STEM Day. Preparations have begun, but please do not hesitate to get in touch with Sara, Alexandra, or Caitlin if you would like to be involved in the planning process.
