Dame Anna Dominiczak speaks at conference themed on "Delivering the future for UK life sciences" .
On the 25th of April 2024 Dame Anna Dominiczak participated in a panel discussion at the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry conference. The overall theme of the conference was “Delivering the future for UK life sciences.” Dame Anna Dominiczak spoke on a panel alongside Richard Torbett, Gila Sacks, Richard Stubbs, and Sarah Woolnough on a session titled “VPAG 2024: how can we ensure the new scheme drives investment and encourages the development and adoption of innovative medicines?”. The audience was comprised of 300 senior industry leaders together with political stakeholders, academic colleagues, and officials. There was interest in the constructive conversation about the challenges and opportunities involved, ensuring the new scheme will meet their shared aims.
