The 14th Glasgow Paediatric Research Day is on Friday 3rd November 2023 at QEUH Teaching and Learning Centre.

The Glasgow Paediatric Research Day is a free annual event which provides an excellent opportunity for networking and showcasing research activity in paediatrics taking place not only in Glasgow, but across the whole of Scotland.

This year we will welcome the return to the event being held face-to-face, at the Teaching and Learning Centre, Royal Hospital for Children and Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Campus, 1346 Govan Road, Glasgow G51 4TF.

The planned programme will feature an invited speaker’s plenary session, hosted by Dr Ruth McGowan, Consultant clinical Geneticist, Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow on “Successes and Challenges of Genomic Medicine”.

Abstract submissions on aspects of research in paediatrics /women and children's Health, are welcome from undergraduate and postgraduate students, early career researchers and clinicians and allied health professionals.

The deadline for Abstract submission is opening in Friday 9th June 2023, with the free online registration with Eventbrite opens Friday 9th June 2023. RCPCH application pending for CPD in accordance with current RCPCH CPD guidelines.
