Congratulations to Doctor Josie Fullerton for her achievement as a member of the Royal Society of Edinburgh’s Young Academy of Scotland.

Doctor Josie Fullerton has been successfully accepted to become a member of the Royal Society of Edinburgh’s Young Academy of Scotland. The YAS is the largest national young academy in Europe, with approximately 130 current members. Members are elected for a period of five years, and focus their work on the Grand Challenges, which are ‘Scotland’s people can thrive’, ‘A well-informed society’, ‘Increasing Scotland’s positive role in the world’, ‘Ending health inequalities’ and ‘Zero carbon by 2045’. Josie is looking forward to joining the YAS and hopes to represent the School as best she can!
