CRCEES will host a two-day conference on Memory, History and Conflict at the University of Glasgow on 18-19 March, featuring a keynote address by Dr Aleida Assmann on 'Theories of Cultural Memory and the Concept of afterlife'.
CRCEES will hold a two-day conference on Memory, History and Conflict at the University of Glasgow featuring a keynote address by Dr Aleida Assmann on "Theories of Cultural Memory and the Concept of 'afterlife'".

The conference promises a wide exploration of themes on the subject and is hosted in partnership with Uppsala University's Centre for Russian and Eurasian Studies, Sweden.
