Joe Ryan-Hume, who was an American Studies PGT and PGR student at Glasgow, as well as being a History undergraduate here, has been awarded a prestigious schoalrship from the Fulbright Commission. He has been selected as the Fulbright-Royal Society of Edinburgh Scholar for 2019-2020 to work with Professor Bruce Schulman at Boston University on his study of US liberalism since the 1960s. A fantastic achievement.
