Scheduling change tools
We have created two tools to help identify the most appropriate timeslots for any scheduling changes.
The Course Clash App has been simplified and migrated to PowerBI (instead of QlikView). It has also been updated with the latest enrolment data from AY 24/25. This tool helps to identify other courses that students from your course of interest have also enrolled on, and when those course events are scheduled. There’s also a handy ‘Week Planner’ view that visualises likely clashing (and clash-free)
The Heatmap, showing demand by room size, has also been refreshed with data from AY 24/25. This tool aims to identify timeslots which have more availability for the room size required.
Staff should use both the Heat Map and the Course Clashing App to assess the viability for any moves to courses that have been requested or prior to asking for changes to be made.
