Mental Health and Wellbeing Support - Waiting for Your Results

We understand that sitting exams and waiting for your results can be an anxious time, so we wanted to remind you that we're here to support you throughout your studies. The University has a range of mental health and wellbeing services you can access.. Please do reach out to these if you need support
If you don’t receive the results you were hoping for and are feeling distressed or in need of guidance, there are a number of options available to you:
- If you are distressed and would like to speak to someone immediately, you can call our 24/7 Counselling and Advice Line on 0800 028 3766. You can also connect with support online through the Student Assistance Programme App.
- To speak to fellow students who have shared experiences, you can book an appointment with our Student Listeners service
- You can also register with our Counselling and Wellbeing Team to explore further support options available
- If you need practical advice and guidance, you can speak to the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) Advice Centre, or contact your local Student Support Officer
The UofG Life app also provides useful links to health and wellbeing resources available to students. You can download the app via Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can also access the app via the University’s app website

For guidance on managing stress and maintaining positive wellbeing, book into our Wellbeing Matters sessions - Counselling & Wellbeing Services - Wellbeing Matters Programme
To discuss reasonable adjustments in assessment, meet with our Disability Services Team at their Drop-In sessions from w/c 13th January on Wednesdays from 2 to 4pm and Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon on Level 1 of the Fraser Building. Drop in appointments the w/c 10 March will be specifically for student's requiring last minute exam adjustments.
