We know that sometimes, submitting an IT Helpdesk Request isn’t always the support you need or want at that exact moment.  That’s why Information Services decided to mix things up a little and bring you ReachOut IT – TechBar, a responsive, one-stop shop you can walk up to 08:00–20:00, 7-days a week, on Level 2 of the library to get help with a wide range of IT support needs. 

We have increased the size of the team and re-purposed an area on the library ground floor to improve accessibility to in-person technical support from on-site technical specialists. We have also expanded our range of proactive solutions to common issues and boosted the number of workshops and clinics when you need them most.
