Organisational Development Courses Now Open for Booking
As many colleagues will be having development conversations over the coming months, it will be important that you and your manager have discussed how to build on your strengths and work on any development areas you may have agreed. As always, we take this opportunity to remind all colleagues that courses and programmes are only one aspect of how the University supports all of us to develop and that these need to be combined with applying the learning to our day-to-day work for it to be effective.
Accordingly, the Organisational Development team is pleased to announce that all courses for the 2022-2023 session are now open for booking via the HR Self Service Portal.

Please take the time to check the course descriptions and ensure you understand the commitment you’re making in signing up, including any pre-work, to make the most of your learning.
