Colleague Engagement Survey now open
Published: 7 October 2022
In case you missed it - the Colleague Engagement Survey opened last week
Our colleague engagement survey is now open again, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback on what you think is good about working at the University, and what you might like to see improved.
Understanding your experiences of working at the University means that we can improve our working environment and how we support you. Previous feedback has been used to make a number of positive changes, such as how we support colleagues with disabilities.
How do I complete the survey?
Invited colleagues received an email from People Insight (from survey-invite@peopleinsight.co.uk), our independent survey provider, with their unique link to complete the survey, on Wednesday 5 October. Posters with QR codes are displayed around our buildings for colleagues who don’t use email to complete the survey. (Unsure? Check the FAQ.)
What’s in the survey?
- Multiple-choice questions asking how much you agree or disagree with a series of statements (such as: “I am proud to work for the University”).
- Three questions asking you to comment on what you think is good about working at the University, what you might like to see improved, and on how well hybrid working is operating for you and your team.
- Five demographic questions to help us understand the needs of specific parts of the UofG community.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete and will be open until Friday 28th October.
