What's New?
The Space Management and Timetabling Team (SMTT) has launched a new process aimed at improving timetables and accessible room allocations for colleagues delivering learning and teaching.
1:1 engagement is planned over the next two months to gather information about room and timetable requirements.
Whilst we recognise the constraints of our estate, we hope that this approach will improve understanding and allow options to be explored before rooms are allocated to teaching events, leading to improved outcomes for colleagues.
The team will be providing further information through College and School contacts and are encouraging teaching staff to advise of accessibility requirements by contacting the team via accessible-timetabling@glasgow.ac.uk.

Other Useful information
The Space Management and Timetabling Team supports timetabling and non-teaching room bookings for centrally supported teaching rooms, the main halls and committee rooms. We work closely with Lead School Timetablers.
