More Athena SWAN awards gained across the University!

Results from the latest submission round sees 2 Silver and 2 new Bronze awards, bringing the total number of 'departmental' awards held across the University to 17, with four of those now at Silver.
The Athena SWAN awards, managed by the Equality Challenge Unit (ECU), recognise commitment to tackling gender inequality in higher education.
In the results announced in November 2017 awards, the School of Geography and Earth Sciences gained an upgrade to a Silver Award whilst the Institute of Health and Wellbeing had their Silver Award status renewed on the expanded charter.
In the same submission round new Bronze Awards went to the School of Interdisciplinary Studies and the School of Humanities.
