CIVIS Events

CIVIS aims to create a truly unique European interuniversity campus where students, academics, researchers and staff will move and collaborate as freely as within their institution of origin.

Events are the opportunity to meet your peers, to learn new things, and to share your expertise with others.

Call for Networking Initiatives within CIVIS

Get to know the CIVIS community

CIVIS is launching a call for activities to support network-building activities.

If you'd like
  • to meet your peers in CIVIS
  • exchange with researchers, academic staff or professional staff in your field, or
  • open your event to a large audience of 70 000+ staff and over 470000 students across Europe
then consider participating in this call.

We're looking for proposals such as:

Networking meetings to introduce the educational offer and/or research around a single discipline – closed/private meeting format
Thematic webinars: key note speeches/presentations on transversal priorities/issues of the Alliance – webinar format open to public
Collaborative workshops: hands-on intensive group discussion and/or activity to explore the different aspects of a given thematic
Exchange of best practice
Existing event to be extended to CIVIS community: invite CIVIS members to an existing event to widen the audience and impact of your event; we can also help identify expert contributors within the CIVIS community.

Find out more about the CIVIS Network building activities - Common Framework and support available for activity. Proposals will be reviewed monthly on the 1st of each month.
