  • For help with online exams during the exam period, you can submit an enquiry via the Current Exam and Assessment Enquiries form in UofG Helpdesk. Enquiries about online exams will be monitored from 08:00 to 20:00 Monday-Friday, and from 08:00 to 15:30 on Saturdays. All help requests received outside these times will be attended to as soon as someone becomes available.
  • If you are unable to access UofG Helpdesk, call +44 (0)141 330 4800 between 0900-1700 Mon-Friday, or send an email to ithelpdesk@glasgow.ac.uk.
  • To ensure timely responses and that all students receive the same information, you should not contact academic staff directly but instead use the Helpdesk.
