Active participation from all staff is crucial, with each person contributing to health and safety. The Head of School ensures effective arrangements for health, safety, and welfare. Management at all levels is accountable and responsible for safety matters. Supervisors play a key role in motivating staff to report hazards and discuss safety.

The Safety Policy is made and monitored by the School Executive and the Health & Safety Committee. The School continuously reviews its safety standards and aims for continual improvement.
