Biography

Rose-Marie joined the University's central REF team in early 2012 to coordinate the impact element of the University's REF2014 submission. She now heads up the Research Engagement and Impact portfolio within the Research Services Directorate, bringing together a support team of research- and researcher-enabling professionals whose approach demonstrates/reflects the interdependence of the functions and expertise in our team -- communications, engagement, knowledge exchange and impact. We are committed to expanding our partnership working model to build/share capacity with our colleagues in Colleges, supporting impactful research and researchers, and strengthening the understanding, attitudes and activities that help to drive research impact.
