Economic & Social History
At the University of Glasgow we have the largest grouping of economic and social historians in Scotland and a thriving postgraduate community. Through a historical approach, we seek to ensure that our students better understand the contemporary world and are therefore better prepared for the future. Our work is inherently
interdisciplinary. We offer a core social history programme and a specialist degree in the History of Medicine. Through a collaboration across the social sciences, you can also study the contemporary global economy.
