Food Choice and Changes in Body Weight and Shape in those Attempting Smoking Cessation

This study combined a realist approach to evaluation with a more-traditional outcome study to determine whether, and in what ways, a dietary programme provided as an adjunct to smoking cessation classes would reduce cessation associated weight gain.
