This seminar has been organised as part of a visit Scotland by a delegation from the Chinese government’s National Development and Reform Commission (Social Development Department). The visit has been coordinated by the Scottish Government and UNCEF Beijing. It involves presentations on academic research relating to tackling child and youth poverty in Scotland and in China, followed by a general discussion. Staff and graduate students welcome. The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception, 6-7pm. More details to follow.
