BSc (Hons) Environmental Science & Sustainability
Accredited by the Institution of Environmental Sciences, our Environmental Science & Sustainability degree utilises fieldwork, organisations and lab practicals to demonstrate environmental work in practice.
Dumfries represents the best of both worlds for an environmental scientist; world class teaching and innovative research, as well as a rich and diverse setting with opportunity that’s right on your doorstep to aid you in your study.
The degree makes ample use of the living laboratory that is Dumfries & Galloway, with a multitude of landscapes and habitats to explore - from the Solway Coast, to farming and forests, to the hills and mountains that surround us, students will get hands on and be able to view, research and engage with the environment up close.
