Annual 1st Year PGR Conference
The School of Social and Environmental Sustainability is holding its 1-day hybrid PGR Conference on the 8th May 2024 and this is open to others in the College to attend. The conference provides the opportunity for all first year Postgraduate Research students within our School to present on their PhD projects. This will help students to build their public speaking skills and allow them to receive feedback from their academic peers within the School and wider College at a critical juncture in their projects. It also offers the opportunity for colleagues across the College to experience the wide breadth of research we have in Dumfries.
The schedule for the day is available below and everyone is welcome to join either in person or online, for all or part of the day.
Time: 10.00 - 13.10
Location: R127 Rutherford/McCowan Building, Crichton Campus, Dumfries DG1 4ZL
There will also be a catered lunch from 1:10pm for those attending in person.
