The first of our seminars will take place on Friday 14th January 11.00am-12.00noon.
Speaker: Dr David Lundie - Senior Lecturer in Education
Title: School Leadership Between Community, State and Market
Summary: For the launch of his forthcoming monograph: School Leadership Between Community and the State which looks at the shifting governance of schools, school values and school-community partnership in England, Dr Lundie's presentation reflects on the potential opportunities and challenges which a growing focus on giving schools autonomy from Local Authorities in Scotland may hold for school leaders.
