Research interests
I am a third year PhD candidate in the Healthy Cognition Lab, supervised by Esther K. Papies and Lawrence Barsalou. My research focuses on self-regulation techniques in health behaviour, including mindfulness. My research interests lie in the intersection of theory and practice, with a focus on brief interventions that promote mental health and wellbeing. Prior to my doctoral studies, I earned a BSc in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience, with a minor in Music from the University of Michigan (2015). I received my MSc in Psychological Science (conversion) with Distinction from the University of Glasgow (2018). Please get in touch with any questions or opportunities for collaboration.
