Research interests

Chair of the Division of Occupational Psychology (British Psychological Society) 2014-15.

Chair of the Conference Team delivering The European Association of Work & Organizational Psychology Congress in Glasgow, January 2022 and on the organising committee for the May 2023 Congress in Katowice, Poland.

Main areas of interest are in the practical application of psychology to areas such as Medical Decision Making, Employability, and Leadership, with a particular interest in Psychopathy and Leadership. Also interested in the psychology of Lying and Deceit.

PhD from University of Cambridge. Academic roles in the University of Strathclyde and the University of Liverpool.
