Research interests
My research focuses on the nanoscale characterization of magnetic materials, particularly the current-driven dynamics of domain walls in 3D racetrack memory devices. I employ focused electron beam induced deposition (FEBID) for advanced 3D nanofabrication, integrated with state-of-the-art in situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques, including electron holography, 4D-STEM, and EELS. In close collaboration with international research institute, I investigate the real-time behavior of domain walls and 3D spin textures under applied electrical currents. My broader interests include magnetic nanostructures, functional materials, and advanced electron microscopy methods for uncovering device-level physical phenomena. This integrated approach advances the understanding of 3D spintronic devices, paving the way for more efficient data storage solutions.
