Research interests

My research focuses on fabricating complex 3D nanostructures using focused electron beam-induced deposition (FEBID) and characterizing their structural and magnetic properties. It aims to clarify the relationship between magnetic domain wall (DW) dynamics in 3D structures and how current pulses control their motion. Through utilizing advanced aberration-corrected transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques, such as holographic vector-field electron tomography (HVFET) and model-based iterative reconstruction (MBIR), I directly visualize DW behavior and determine 3D magnetic structures in race track (RT) memories. This integrated approach advances the understanding of 3D spintronic devices, paving the way for more efficient data storage solutions.
