Please also find the Risk Assessment Summary form, which should be placed in a prominent position just inside the relevant lab entrance; this should be done for each and every lab space (research and teaching).

Social Distance |
Please be sensitive to colleagues who may wish to retain social distancing and or face coverings. |
Cleaning |
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitizer regularly (supplies will be available in labs and offices) |
Face covering |
There is no requirement to wear a face covering in the Kelvin Building, but you are encouraged to do so in crowded communal areas. This is particularly relevant in undergraduate laboratories. |
Ventilation |
Ensure your office is well ventilated

- Keep 1m distance from others in the Kelvin Building at all times
- Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitizer regularly (supplies will be available in labs and offices)
- Masks should be worn at all times in the Kelvin Building except where alone in a designated office
- Ensure your office is well ventilated
- Clean work areas before and after work
