Science in Stewarton
The Institute of Physics Scotland strives to make science in general, and physics in particular, accessible to as many as possible. As part of this drive, the IOPS organises a series of public outreach events focussing on the latest developments in the world of science. Science In Stewarton is part of this work, led by Dr Peter H Sneddon, co-chair of APE. On these pages you will information about past and future events.
All events take place in the evenings at Stewarton Academy, Cairnduff Place, Stewarton, East Ayrshire, KA3 5QF. There is a combination of presentations and hands-on demonstrations, plus an opportunity to chat informally with scientists.
