My PhD research is focused on quantitative analyses of educational interventions. In particular, I have been looking at new ways to deliver laboratory teaching to encourage students to engage in more conceptual learning. My current project is looking at group dynamics, with a focus on group cohesion, and the impact of academic diversity on group performance. I am also involved in the Glasgow University Physics International Summer School.
