Entry Requirements
Please read carefully our eligibility criteria before applying for a pre-sessional course with us.
The EAS Sanctuary Programme is open to applications from refugees or asylum seekers who have an academic offer to study at the University of Glasgow. This could be at undergraduate or postgraduate level.
As the classes are held in-person, it is essential that applicants are based in the Glasgow area (classes are delivered in-person on Gilmorehill campus)
Please note that these classes are not for beginners. They are intended for those with English proficiency of around CEFR B2, equivalent to IELTS 6.0-6.5. We will ask for evidence of your language level before processing your application.
In order to be considered for the course, applicants must be able to commit to 5 days (15 hours minimum) of instruction per week. This is an intensive, full-time course
