The Walton Library and Resource Centre
Also known as the Walton Foundation Library and Resource Area or School Library, the Centre houses:
- 113 computers with flat screen displays and DVD drives
- Support packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet access, email and statistical processing
- A wide range of online computer aided learning packages
- Variety of CD-ROM and DVD based teaching packages/aids
- Web-based learning resources via the Undergraduate Student Portal
- 120 study desks
- A reference library of over 4000 titles in addition to the journals and textbooks available online and from the main University library
- 6 project rooms that can be booked for group work or individual study
- Printing/photocopying/scanning facilities (colour or black and white)
