Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Continuing professional development is carried out by the following sections:

    Suitable for primary care staff.

  • Nursing & Health Care   
    We offer a range of Level 3 and Level 4 courses/programmes as well as stand-alone courses that can be combined for postgraduate certificates, postgraduate diplomas or Masters degree.

    • Critical Care
    • Research methods

  • Public Health & Health Policy  
    Offers Masters in Public Health modules as stand alone CPD courses.

  • Other Subjects
    The College of Medicine Veterinary and Life Sciences also offers CPD courses in the following subjects:

Professional training

NHS Education for Scotland is the body responsible for funding, managing and supporting postgraduate training in Scotland for Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing and Clinical Psychology.

Event management service
