Biography

Originally from Edinburgh, I completed my MMath at Heriot-Watt focusing my thesis on models of spatial pattern formation in blue mussel beds in tidal estuaries. After this, I moved to Glasgow in 2016 for my PhD in applied mathematics researching 1D blood flows.

Research interests

I am primarily interested in the application of mathematical and computational modelling to ask and answer questions in biology. Currently, my research is focused on modelling human and porcine blood flow.
