Science without Borders (SwB)

The Brazilian Government has decided to support a programme of scholarships to promote the consolidation and expansion of science, technology and innovation in Brazil 'through international exchange and mobility'.
Ghislain Fourier is currently working on developing further collaborations with South America, extending his network, with his first Brazilian “Sandwich-PhD” student from Campinas having arrived in Glasgow. The student is funded by the Brazilian program "Science without Borders" and will work with Ghislain for one year on "Weyl modules for truncated current algebras". This is just the beginning of an extended exchange with Brazil.
Further information about the programme can be found here.
