One of our School IT Technicians, Gerry Harte, has a daughter who is fundraising to go to Malawi to help deprived schools and communities there, and to gain a better understanding of different ways of life. Gerry says:

“My daughter Ellie is going to Malawi in June 2018 and she has been trying hard to raise money for this worthwhile cause. To date, she has raised over £350 by taking part in two bag-packing days at a local supermarket. Ellie done an abseil in March and is hosting a quiz night, she has also been making decorative bottles with lights and selling them to raise funds too.
