Abstract
Let X be the orbit space of a finite G \subset SL(2) action on the complex plane. Then the geometry of the minimal resolution of X is closely related the representation theory of G. I will attempt to shed light on the statement above. I will assume knowledge of basic notions of group actions and manifolds.
