Recent developments for large language models in mathematics education

Abstract
The goal of this talk will be to explore Large Language Models (ChatGPT & friends) current abilities, limits (and future outlook of said limits) in the context of mathematics higher education, with a focus on recent developments such as visual input or improved mathematical abilities. I will expose some of its current features and speculate on their impact on our sector, with preliminary evidence of usage and many examples. The talk won't be technical or philosophical.
