Abstract
In this talk, I will derive a generalized Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation for the correlation function of the intertwiners of the MacMahon representations of the quantum toroidal \mathfrak{gl}_1 algebra. Subsequently, I will solve the Knizhnik-Zamolodchikov equation, and show that the solution can be expressed in terms of a quantity which are identified as the generalized Nekrasov factor. Finally, I will give the reasons why this quantity might play an important role in supersymmetric gauge theories.
