Exploring territoriality and jurisdictional concepts as they apply in the investigation and prosecution of cybercrime. This work currently focuses on procedural powers to compel foreign data, and jurisdictional concurrency over cybercrime.
This project also links with the work of others in the school on criminal law and jurisdiction. A product of this is that Professor Lindsay Farmer and Dr. Micheál Ó Floinn [with Professor David Ormerod QC (UCL) and Professor Julia Hörnle (QMUL)] organised the WG Hart Legal Workshop in 2021 on the topic of 'New Perspectives on Jurisdiction and the Criminal Law'.

Some of the papers from the 2021 Workshop will be published by Hart Publishing in 2022 in an edited book titled The Transformation of Criminal Jurisdiction: Extraterritoriality and Enforcement.
